Deposits, Fees & Policies

The security deposit is $575, the application fee is $50 per adult, and the redecoration fee is $175. Management bills the resident for monthly water, sewer, and trash service, along with a $13 Legal Liability Fee; electricity is billed by the provider and paid directly to it. Garages are available for $95, and carports are available for $35 monthly.

Pet Policy

Residents are welcome to bring up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. There is a one-time, fully refundable pet deposit of $300 for up to two pets. Additionally, there is a nonrefundable fee of $200 per pet, as well as a monthly pet rent of $35 for each pet. Please note that some breed restrictions apply. Contact us for details.
